What you are actually signing into

The form is short on purpose. Two fields only: the registered mobile number with its prefix, and a password nobody issued you, because you invented it at sign-up. There is no separate username, and no email is required if you registered by phone.

Two mechanical details cause a large share of failed attempts. The country-code selector resets to a default on some builds when the on-screen keyboard opens, so a number that is correct can still be sent to the wrong prefix. And the password field is case sensitive while most Android keyboards auto-capitalise the first character they see. If you set a password that starts with a lower-case letter, the keyboard may be quietly sending a capital every time.

The sign-in sequence on an Indian phone

• Open from your own shortcut. Launch the lobby from a home-screen icon you saved yourself, not from a search result, a forwarded WhatsApp link or an SMS. Lookalike domains in this category are common, and a fake login page is the cheapest possible way to lose an account.
• Move to the Login tab. First-time visitors usually land on Register, and people type their details into the wrong form more often than you would expect.
• Re-check the prefix, then the number. Confirm it still reads +91 after the keyboard opens, then enter the registered mobile number.
• Type the password by hand. On a family phone, a shared browser's autofill is how somebody else ends up inside your wallet.
• Clear the captcha or code step. It normally only appears after a failed attempt, or on a device the account has not seen before.
• Read the wallet balance before anything else. If the figure is not what you expected, sort that out rather than playing through it.

Sign-in failing? Rule out the phone before the account

Work down this list in order. It is arranged cheapest first, and the first three fix most cases.

Switch network and try again. Several Indian ISPs resolve domains in this category inconsistently. A blank screen on mobile data that loads fine on Wi-Fi, or the reverse, is a routing issue rather than an outage. Changing network takes ten seconds and is a better first test than clearing your cache.

Check the SMS folder your carrier files service messages into. Jio, Airtel and Vi all route transactional SMS into promotional or spam buckets at times, and some handsets add a second filter of their own. The code may have arrived twenty minutes ago in a folder you never open.

Wait the full resend timer. Stacking three code requests does not speed up the queue, and on some gateways it puts you behind your own earlier requests.

Confirm the registered SIM is in the phone and active. On a dual-SIM handset, a prepaid SIM that has fallen out of validity will show bars and still refuse to receive service SMS. On a new phone, a number ported last week may need a day before transactional messages route properly.

Then, and only then, treat it as an account issue. Use the Forgot Password link instead of guessing a sixth time, because repeated failures can trigger a short cooldown. The reset code goes to the registered number, so the SIM has to be reachable for this to work at all.

When the account really is locked

A lock or a review notice is almost always a payments or verification flag rather than a sign-in fault. Two things matter here.

Raise one ticket, with your registered number and the approximate time of your last successful sign-in, and then wait. Chasing across three channels tends to reset the queue position rather than improve it.

Do not open a second account while you wait. One account per person, number, device and payment instrument is the stated rule, and duplicate accounts are the most commonly cited reason a balance is frozen for good. One phone, several people

Shared handsets are normal in Indian households, and this login is attached to the same UPI rail as your bank apps. Treat it accordingly.

A budget decided before the tap

The profile menu is worth opening on day one, not hunting for later. It holds the bet log, withdrawal history, verification status and the password screen. The bet log is the only honest record of a session, and it is consistently less flattering than memory.

The last point is the one that actually matters. Getting in is the easy part.
